A very happy new year to everyone reading this blog. If you know the real author of this blog, you must be one of the people that I consider a true and close friend to enable me to share this blog with you. The purpose of this blog is to allow me to reflect on my feelings and emotions, to jot down my travel experiences and to rant and whine about my daily life, ie like an online diary.
As I grow older, and hopefully wiser, I hope to look back at this blog and remember the experiences that have shaped my life. Thank you for being part of that experience with me.
My new year resolution for this year is:
To go to the gym regularly - my hospital has one of the best gym I have ever seen. So much better than Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness or the gym at Goldman Sachs London. I am not kidding. Every machine has its own personal tv! And it only cost USD 27 per month. What's more, they provide incentive for frequent use. If you use the gym at least 30 times in a 3 months period, your monthly membership fee is reduced to half! How cool is that!
I admit, I have been paying membership for the past 6 months, and have only used the gym a miserable 2 times. This is all going to change. Yes, I can feel it!
I think one resolution is enough. It is a hard resolution to keep but I will try.
