
On Tuesday, I went to another class called the Mixx. I wasn't sure what to expect in this class, but boy, was I exhausted after it. In this class, we used weights to supplement the work-out and I realised that I have very poor upper body strength. Or maybe we used too heavy weights. We were using 10 lbs bar sticks and carrying 12 lbs balls, which I think was too much for me. I don't foresee myself attending this class again.
I took a break on Wednesday. Will attend the Hip Hop class again tomorrow.
